This honey comes from the Galls of Californian Live Oak trees. Rather than being made from plant blossoms. The result is a thick/viscous dark red (Amber) honey. The flavor is amazingly sweet like candy. I describe it as similar to white cherry icee. Stays liquid indefinitely, rarely ever granulates.
